Your personalized sleep support is on its way. Here's what happens next.

## What happens next

   ### Complete your assessment
   
   It arrives by email within one business day.

   ### Share your sleep patterns
   
   Send us your child's schedule, or your Mellow app data.
3. 3
   
   ### Receive your plan
   
   Usually ready two to three days after we have everything we need.

Your email will also explain when and how to choose your appointment time.

## While you wait

- Check your inbox
  
  Your assessment and clear instructions arrive within one business day. If nothing shows up, check your spam folder, then contact us.
- Start noting your child's sleep
  
  We'll need about one week of recent sleep information: morning wake-up times, naps, bedtimes and night wakings. If you already have this, you're ahead.
- Keep an eye on WhatsApp
  
  Your guidance is delivered by WhatsApp once you begin your plan. Support starts when you start, not on the day the plan arrives.
